"First of all I booked this hotel in Sept for a stay in Dec and it was 10 of us that were supposed to stay… I called and called to make sure everything was good with the reservation and No one answers, I finally get down to the morning of my stay bcus I hadn’t received any instructions on how to enter the property and called some more no answer so I reach out to hotels. com to let them know and they said they would call then all of a sudden I receive a text message that says I’m sorry I missed...

"I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. "

"Nice little property very clean. There was two of us staying for a full week and there was only three towels provided that was less than ideal and then we did not realize or see anywhere in the listing about the crazy bar scene one of the nights every single road was closed and we had to take a long route around to get to the house. "We were in the area for a conference for work. We had 12 people with us. The house was a nice size and was wonderful for team bonding. We also had plenty of room to spread out if we needed space. "

Residue from previous renters on the dining table, kitchen counter tops, bathroom counters needed to be cleaned so I went and bought cleaning supplies. Condensation from the HVAC seeped under the vinyl flooring making mold grow in the cracks of the floor and you'd feel the wetness when walking around with no shoes. It was like staying in a flipped house off HGTV and it wasn't done...

"The location was central to where I wanted to be. It was quiet and is in process of renovations, so it was nice. The kitchen cabinets, fridge front and top were in need of serious cleaning.Thencommjnication was pretty cut and dry and was not a lot of willingness to try and help. "

"It was ok. Dried snot rocket on the bathroom wall. Saw roaches and a flea in the bathroom. Lots of construction going on during the day. It got noisy after 8 am. My reservation tried to check me into a cabin that was occupied. Had to call to get a different cabin. Bed and couch were comfortable. Tv was mounted too high."
