The staff was nice and welcoming. The area / room was clean as it could get under the circumstances. The room decor was old and very worn. The bed was so uncomfortable. This is more like a 1 or 2 star. The ouside is so misleading. I would not stay here again. It gives cheap hourly rate and you know what that is for.....

The staff did hold our luggage until we were able to check in. Very thankful for that. They did work to get us in our rooms quickly. There was shuttle service to and from the airport. However we booked a room for the day before our cruise and the day we came back. I contemplated cancelling and booking with someone else instead on the way back. The first day our room was dirty. Feet were black from walking on the floor. Tub was in rough shape. The pressure in that shower was good though. On the way back, the shower was cleaner and pressure was poor. The floor still turned our feet black, had to keep shoes on while in there. There was hair in the sink.

This property was supposed to have an airport shuttle which never showed up even after calling. The hotel is old. The front desk staff in the evening was dismissive. Though breakfast is offered, there was very little. The lady working in the morning was very helpful and kind.

The place was very dirty, and we asked for shampoo for three days they were going to bring it to the room and they never did bathroom was not very clean dresser was old and chipped up office chair was broken outside building was not taken care of We stay 5 days there they never cleaned or room. We had to exchange towels at the front desk I can not believe Ramada in would approved this place. And put their name on the buildering. We will never stay there again

Ramada Review: Never Again My stay at this Ramada was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, it was a disaster. The hotel is located right beside a strip club, and the windows in my room had huge gaps, making it impossible to block out the loud noise from outside. I barely got any sleep because of it. The breakfast was awful—cold, stale, and unappetizing. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were unbelievably rude. They clearly didn't care about their guests. When I checked in, their card reader wasn't working for anyone, but instead of taking responsibility, they blamed all the guests’ cards. The room itself was terrible. The beds were visibly sunken and incredibly uncomfortable. I woke up with back pain both mornings. This place is a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and will never stay here again. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

One of the least relaxing night stays with family. The bed were small and the Breakfast was not good.Not at all value for money.The only good thing was a shuttle which picked up from airport to the hotel. If you are traveling with the family , with the kids please do not choose this hotel.

Make sure you call the hotel desk for the shuttle; it does not circle routinely as you might expect. Even after calling several numbers and feeling that we had reached the desk, the shuttle didn't arrive in the additional half hour we waited. We ended up taking an Uber near midnight.

I called the front desk and asked for more hangars (the ones in the room were completely rusted out and broken) but they never showed up. So then I had wrinkled shirts, and as a result of those wrinkles, I was fired from my job and my wife left me. So.. don't go here, very bad. (some of this story is true, but I'll let you decide what)
