I realize that traveling is not always pleasant but to stand for 45 minutes to get checked in to the motel is ridiculous! One passenger did not have the right reservation and the 12 or so people in line had to wait. I asked for a 5:30 wake up call and got up an hour late missing my flight! Overall a very unsatisfactory stay!

The property is clean and close to the airport. Reasonable price. Its starting to show its age though in the buildings and in the room. The room descriptions for non-city view should also be updated with not the generic pics of the rooms.

The arrogance shown by Odalis, at check out was totally unacceptable. I asked for the manager, he resolved the issue, concerning 2 rooms. The lady was getting loud and there were other customers. She needs TRAINING and anger management training too. I was there for a funeral and she didn't help the situation.

There were severe maintenance issues that should have been fixed prior to renting out the room we were in. Completely chipped furniture, holes with quick patchwork in the door and wall, and unsafe connecting door issues to the room next to us. We could hear everything the neighbors said - even a minor cough or laugh - and it felt uncomfortable the whole time. The true concern was the room that had the needed updates. Not even asking for modern or fancy, just something without a 2-minute patch up job or dirt caked on under the dresser.

Our room was terrible. The air conditioner did not work well and was not adjustable, it remained on one temperature and we were very warm which resulted in a poor nights sleep. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so, after we took our showers, the floors were covered in dampness making them very slippery and I almost fell. I doubt I’ll ever stay at a Ramada hotel again.

Hotel is in disrepair, shuttle service from airport is almost non-existent (you have to call the hotel directly and the person provided unclear directions on where shuttle up was located at airport). Took 30 mins to get the shuttle. Hotel’s restaurant shut down for renovation, that should have been clear on the website

The hotel is very very old! Everything in the room was falling apart! Two people can't fit in the beds. Ridiculous price for a very dilapidated place. For the $200 per night I would think it would be much nicer. Breakfast was good though. Would not stay there again
