「Property changed hand weeks ago and new manager didn’t feel it was necessary to inform customers that booked the property because of the several amenities they no longer offered. Their model is completely flawed as only 1 person works everything so even if you want to change the temperature in your room, you text or call to have them do it at the desk. No one answered!! TV complicated and didn’t work. Loading dock in back in a dirty alley. Parking 1.5 blocks away and also dirty and unkept. ...

「Very welcoming, small inn with accommodating staff. The included breakfast was excellent. However, being an historic building, expect a bit more extraneous noise from other rooms and staff. And those with mobility issues should call the hotel before booking. Most, if not all, rooms require climbing stairs. Parking can also be an issue, as the hotel has no parking lot and you must park along the street.」

「Outstanding, attentive staff and immaculately clean interior.」

「Went for our 25th Anniversary and was extremely happy. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Hors d’oeuvres and wine served every night also gave us a chance to meet some of the other guests. Such a wonderful view from our balcony and tons of restaurants all within walking distance. We would definitely recommend!!」

「The corner room is noisy at night- there were many people gathering near the hotels till 1 or 2 am and you could hear them. There was an Irish bar across from the hotels which you would hear the music playing at night. There was coffee stain in the carpet of the room I stayed. The hotel has good hospitality and the bed was comfortable. 」

「The front desk person, Abigail, was just the person I needed for my half marathon race weekend. My flight was delayed by hours and had to check in after hours. She left a bagel for me so I wouldn’t run on an empty stomach and was leaving the Inn at 6:30 am. I didn’t get back until 11:30 am and she messaged me asked me how the race went and shared space with me on everything. Even though it was after breakfast hours she offered me iced coffee and a scone. I couldn’t have asked for a better...

「This property is truly amazing the staff were so friendly. The room was more than we could have asked for. Sitting on the porch that morning eating an amazing breakfast looking at beautiful Forsyth Park was such an ideal way to start the morning. We can’t wait to come back!!」
