「Very basic hotel. Basic amenities. Parking is tight. Beds are comfortable. Our exhaust fan was pouring water at certain times. They just checked it and said it would stop in a minute. I just layed towels in the floor to catch the water. Overall though the location cant be beat. 」

「This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. 」

「The full breakfast in the morning was great, coffee was pretty good as well. The front staff made check in very easy, plenty of parking. Only downfall is difficulty getting out on 278 since the on ramp to Hilton Head is practically right there. No fault to the property 」

「We booked a standard room but due to a cleaning mixup got a free upgrade to a suite. The suite was very spacious and had a full kitchen. Overall, it was pretty clean, but was missing basic amenities(hair dryer, coffee maker, etc) I would expect in a hotel. Not bad for this price point. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. 」
