「本來選擇這住宿的原因就因為Banbury很近Oxford，火車班次都繁多的，但原來Banbury都有很多商店的~! 說回住宿方面，外表是一間古老大屋，很大很大的，裡面裝修陳設都是很古典的，房間也是，酒店下的花園很大很美，餐廳也很高雅，床子舒適的，職員友善的。 最欣賞的是大堂有一份介紹這酒店大屋的歷史介紹，簡單的告訴我地這“鬼屋”的歷史，有趣有趣~! 可是，奇怪的是酒店提供的洗澡用品都是很難洗乾淨，怎麼洗也是滑滑的，洗不乾淨…」

「1.地點非常好。 2.好近條街和商場。 3.買東西十方便，想買甚麼也有。 4.行大約15 分鐘可以到達火車站，可乖火車轉地鐵去倫敦行街。 5.酒店外街道清潔。 6.有免費停車場非常好。 7.有後花園好 8.酒店好有特色，地板是木板，所以會有些木板聲。 9.酒店外貌與四圍的環境好配合，使人覺得好舒服。 10.酒店附近也有不同的選擇食品。(例:中國，泰國，日本食物等) 11.服務員好有禮貌 12.早餐也好好味。 13.食早餐的地方，有些櫈太舊，不過大多數都是清潔的。 14.沒有升降機，要自己拿上或下樓比較辛苦。 不知是否可以叫服務員幫手拿的。 15.如有中英對照和圖樣的餐牌更好。」

「We loved the idea of staying in a castle and that in itself was magical. We stayed in the Cromwell Suite which is big. The kids loved the extra room to roam. The high ceiling in the living/2nd bed area was nice and contributed to the majestic feel.There were however a few things that could have been better.
