"We were on the third floor and the water pressure was so great that the showerhead kept blowing off the hose. The staff was very responsive and was up immediately to check on it and when they couldn’t fix it, someone quickly came up with a new showerhead and hose. Unfortunately, when my son turned the shower back on the nozzle on the new showerhead fell off, maybe it wasn’t tightened properly when they assembled it. I was able to put it back together myself. The room was a slightly odd layout...

"Hotel indigo Hong Kong is absolutely fantastic with great location in Wan Chai. Room size is spacious. Only my issues are that hotel staff can be more friendly and the IHG reward program can’t be collected if booking via hotels.com. The front staff even told me that if I wanted to earn the reward I should paid something..or meaning that I should book directly through their official website. However, the way that the front deck responded was not nice."
