"Foram dias muitos bons. Estrutura para crianças excelente, comida também excelente! Único ponto a desejar foi uma funcionária da piscina térmica onde nossa bebê estava dormindo, saiu ffechando as cadeiras de piscina com o pé. Causando um barulho forte sem se preocupar que tinha por exemplo um bebe dormindo. Faltou um pouco de sensibilidade dela visto que tinha carrinho de bebê do lado da cadeira. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was maintained and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and the food was good overall. The main downside was the noisy traffic due to the nearby highway. We were situated in the wing closest to the highway. The noise may not be an issue in the wing further from the highway."

"My stay was wonderful, the entire team was helpful, helpful, and committed to making sure I had the best. I have several dietary restrictions and I was satisfied with all of them, with an incredible menu. Chef Cida attended to me personally and I tried dishes prepared with great refinement, delicious and beautiful. Those were happy days! Super recommendation and my place to return for sure. "Property was advertised as having wifi. It turns out, the connection in the room was spotty and very slow when it did work. It was impossible to conduct my online meetings in the hotel during my stay. I complaint at the reception and discussed the situation with Expedia. I checked out after two of the 5 day stay. "We checked in, walked into the room and immediately felt the room was not clean, smaller than what you see in the pictures, there was hair around the toilet seat and around the bedroom. We literally entered the room and left within 5 minutes. I do not recommend. There was no hand soap, no shampoo, no body soap, nothing… I was only meant to stay for one night, and I didn’t know nothing is provided either. This place isn’t to a “hotel’s” standard, it should be referred to as a motel. "

"Gostamos de tudo no hotel, exceto a experiência no restaurante Vezzoso…. Nas últimas vezes que fomos, ele não era cobrado a parte e a qualidade era infinitamente superior… além de não nos terem informado no ato da reserva que tinha uma cobrança a parte, o fato de estar pior nos deixou bastante insatisfeitos (exemplo: desta vez tinha apenas 1 queijo…. Tudo bem que era grana padano, mas apenas 1 eu achei péssimo….. Da última vez que fomos tinha macarrão “ao vivo”, uma infinidade de queijos, e fomos atendidos por uma pessoa que nos apresentou todas as opções e fez questão que provássemos tudo, foi excelente. Dessa vez tínhamos reservado a sexta e o sábado, mas depois da experiência da sexta, cancelamos e não pretendemos voltar mais no restaurante. Foi triste e decepcionante."
