Staff muito educado e solícito. Estrutura incrivel, especialmente as piscinas e parque aquático coberto, todos com água climatizada. Comida boa. Quarto com otima manutenção e bem conservado. Equipe de recreação maravilhosa. Senti falta de poder pedir um café na área da piscina (só tem no restaurante ou lobby) e o elevador mais próximo do nosso quarto ficou inoperante em 2 noites seguidas, o que fez com que descer com carrinho de bebê fosse desafiador.

Excelente para família com crianças pequenas
O hotel tem uma estrutura excelente, principalmente se viaja com crianças pequenas, caldeirões, berço, grade pra cama, copa baby com frutas, leite e iogurte, além de utensilios basicos, restaurante que atende as crianças separadamente com cardápio diferenciado que ajuda muito em refeições mais tranquilas com os pequenos. A recreação é excelente, mtos espaços tanto em dias de sol quanto em momentos de chuva.
