MOXY Uptown hotels

"Stayed here because we were in town for a concert at the Uptown Theatre. I would definitely go back.There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The staff we encountered were wonderful. It was a cute hotel in general, very clean, with a bar and the room was quiet for being on a somewhat busy street. It was an easy walk to the Uptown Theatre even in a winter storm.There’s an outside parking lot across the street from the hotel. It was less than $20 to park overnight. "

"I really wanted to like Moxy more than I did. It has a unique style, but there were a few frustrating things that made the experience underwhelming for the price you pay for the room. It has a cool atmosphere and I liked the design elements. The staff were all friendly enough. The rooms lack some basic things like a closet or dresser (they have pegs for you to hang all your stuff on just out in the room), they really didn't proved much in the way of toiletries other than what you would get...
