Generally it was a 5 star experience with just one star removed because room service food was terrible. I ordered a prawn pasta which came without any sauce or flavour whatsoever, just fried pasta & prawns. I had to ask for soy sauce or something & it took them 45mins to deliver it AFTER my food had already been delivered with no lid, so my food was open to the air & had gone cold by the time the sauce was delivered. The chef didn't consider it from the guest's perspective, just what was easy for him/her - I expected better from this level of hotel. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic. Rooms were magnificent, very comfortable with big beads & gorgeous bathrooms. Staff were always helpful, a step ahead organising anything we needed & it's those touches that you're looking for. I would happily stay here again & again.

Really disappointed. Long queue at check in. Room needs a refurbishment. Have stayed at langham London Jakarta and just left one in Schenchen The HK one does not compare. Called reception and was phone for over 5 minutes. No answer and it cut off. Wouldn’t recommend

The room and hotel are dated. The morning breakfast buffet is not very good at all compared to the holiday in nearby or compare to the langham Shanghai. The high tea area is much nicer. I was travelling for business. General staff were courteous and nice.

The property looks aged and the room was nice and big. The TV channels were limited for such a hotel with more channels on news/financial that may be more appropriate for business guests. The toilet flush was difficult to use. It needs at least 2-3 flush to flush properly.

This is a conveniently located hotel with very good service and lovely staff. However, the hotel needs some updating. I had a premier room which looked like it was last updated in the 90’s. Especially the bathroom - the toilet flush stopped working a couple of times and there was always a waft of sewage that you could even smell from the bedroom.

The Langham is in a great location because TST is good for shopping, eating out and tourist attractions. My only gripes were 1, our rooms were not ready when we arrived. Check in is 3pm and our rooms were not ready until past 5pm. And 2, The City View room was not sound proof from the main road - Kowloon Park Drive. We didn’t need the air con so the cars accelerating down the empty road thoughout the night was not great. And you could hear workmen working in the night, loading vans, making metal like clanging noises or if they raised their voices. Also didn’t get a turn down service which I expect from a 5* hotel. The Food Gallery restaurant could do with an upgrade. From the decor and setting it didn’t feel like it belonged to a 5* hotel. The staff at the hotel however were 5*. The WhatsApp messaging service was responsive. And housekeeping requests were tended to quickly.
