"Check in was fine and the front desk staff was friendly. Comfortable bed and alot of space. Hotel is under renovations at the moment. Called back after I checked out because i never got my email receipt. Even though I paid there after changing cards. I hope everything gets squared away soon."

"Hospitality of the staff was amazing. Room was spacious with lots of space to set up computers and lots of actual working USB ports!! Lots of space to stow stuff in the room and the kitchen facilities were fantastic. Quality breakfast with ample space for seating. We will definitely be back. "

"The hotel staff was polite and professional. Our room was clean with all the necessary comforts. The only thing I didn't enjoy about my stay was being on the same floor as a barking dog. I have pet allergies, so I will not stay at this hotel in the future."

"The staff were all polite and accommodating. The room was big and it was very quiet. I did get a scam phone call to the room asking me to verify my credit card. Of course I said no and went down to let the front desk know what was going on. My neighbor next door stated he also got a phone call but he hung up. The front desk called the manager, and I hope something can be done to warn customers that this is happening. All in all, despite that event, it was a nice stay."

"选择伯克利酒店入住10晚是正确的选择。酒店比较有年代感，不同于标准的商务型星级酒店，公共区域不大，很有家的氛围，与里士满这座历史名城风格很搭。Ms.Star非常友善，保持对客人的关注，在入住期间中有任何问题都能及时得到解答，并且随时准备着解决顾客的难题。预订了小套房，一晚后提出升级要求后及时换到了更加满意的阳台房，房型都很宽敞明亮，床品舒适，休闲工作区域设置合理。特别要提的是酒店的餐厅，我在那里尝试了午餐、晚餐和几乎所有10天的早餐（除了周一休息），餐厅餐品实际的色味远超出酒店门口的展示牌，与主厨的交流令人愉快，餐厅的服务也令人满意。酒店的位置可以便利的到达任何热门地点，步行可达河边和多个景点，如果不愿意走路，城市的公交系统运行高效并且免费，去到较远的short pump购物中心也十分方便。总之，非常愉快的一次入住，给你在家之外有家的感觉。今后去到里士满毫无疑问将继续入住伯克利酒店。"
