"We previously stayed at the LaQuinta Inn nearby over Thanksgiving, but were extremely disappointed with our stay, so decided to give Microtel a try at Christmas. "The room was extremely humid. There was no ventilation in the bathroom / shower. The water was dripping from the windows. The help desk sent an engineering team to check. All they did was turn the heat down to 60s, so the room didn’t feel humid. On a piece of paper they wrote, they fixed the problem. We were offered another room, but given our short stay, and the fact that we were told other rooms were the same, we decided to stay. Hopefully the problem can get fixed for the future guests. "
