However, the only drawback was the poor quality of the breakfast—instant coffee, reheated canned sausages, and a very limited selection. 「Que un hotel de 4* tenga piscina pero con agua como el hielo - no importe que es octubre- me parece incomprensible. Es un servicio pagado que no puedes disfrutar para nada. El personal de la cafetería podría poner una sonrisa, estaban todo el rato como tristes y sin ganas de nada. No comunican nunca, si les pides algo simplemente te lo dan si contestar. 「Went in quiet winter season for a week (end of feb/ start of march) almost everything shut nearby but hotel was fine, staff friendly and helpful. Didn't realise I'd have to pay extra for sauna (10 euros/ hour) but food etc was fine and place was clean.」

「The hotel is in a pretty location, right on Nissi Beach. The beach was extremely busy, but with beautiful sand and crystal clear waters. The pool was basic but fine, but perhaps the coldest I have every experienced! The room was fine. Clean, modern. The bathroom was recently refurbished to a good quality. The corridors and stairs around the rooms were a little tired. The buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner was to a good standard and the selection excellent. The staff were mixed. We were here...

「The hotel staff did their best. I am afraid this property was not what we’re expecting at all. The class of the guests was not inline with what was stated on the site. The pool area was not appealing and the food was below par. 」
