"What a gem!! We stayed for 4 days. Had to readjust our arrival and departure date at last minute due to typhoon Shanshan☹️. They even refunded our last day stay without asking as we had to leave a day earlier due to approaching typhoon.We arrived at midnight by train and the manager met us on site to welcome us and explain everything. It was an excellent location in Gion, and we had no qualms with the service. The only thing to be aware of is the rooms are beautiful, but there are no true windows.
