"I'm glad that the listing no longer includes breakfast in the amenities list, because there is none. Owner did make some good restaurant recommendations when asked. A surprising lacking amenity was shampoo/conditioner, so take your own -- this is a budget hotel, quaint (decked out for the season) and sufficient. "Soooo the motel is in the middle of reconstruction. The rooms are great, modern, big, comfortable beds, lovely floors in bathroom, good amenities. Microwave, fridge coffeemaker, big tv.
