"Honestly, it's an urban hotel. The inconveniences of the surroundings are unavoidable if you need to be in Toronto. What made the stay an overall 5/5 is the service desk attendants. We arrived and parked early and wanted to try and check in the car even though our reservation time was still an hour out.
