"Staff was so kind and friendly. I traveled with an elderly. They always showed their kindness and went beyond their expectations to help me with my elderly accommodations. I appreciate the “luggage” team who offered to help me wheel my elderly from the entrance to the room. Buffet breakfasts had various items and different food everyday. The location was convenient for travel to the attractions. I only used the Grab car and taxi because of the elderly. It was hard to catch a Grab car in Chinatown bcz of traffic. On the last day, one of the taxi drivers offered to drive us around for the whole 8 hours for 1500 B. That was lovely!"

"The only issue I have is that the "airport hotel" is a twenty minute ride from the airport and had only one shuttle vehicle available. This means that shuttle times are very limited."

"Overall it is an amazing room and hotel, but I did expect the elevators to be faster…it is an extremely long wait whether you stay on the lower floors or the State Tower more expensive rooms. Please also include clear events and times on a sheet in the room, a lot of us don’t know to check the website. Especially older people like my parents. "

"뷰, 룸컨디션, 위치, 서비스 매우만족했음. 샴푸가 나랑은 맞지 않았으나 3일동안 잘 사용했다. 수영장물은 계곡만큼 차가워서 들어갈수없었고 초등생 아이들만 아주잠시 놀았다 키즈룸,게임룸? 이 생각만큼 종류가많거나 하지않았지만 아이들이 가장 잘 이용한 시설. 사우나,자쿠지가 노키즈라 아쉬웠으나 노키즈라 좋기도 했다. 아이들이 굉장히 굉장히 많은 숙소라 밥먹으면서도우는 소리를 들어야했다. 바닷가를 가보지않았지만 터미널21이 가까웠고 호텔 옆 마사지샵도 나쁘지않음."

"Great staff, great location. Thank you for the upgrade to a wonderful room! Only thing confusing me is the ad talks about pool bar etc, but does not mention no alcohol. Not a big deal but odd for Bangkok. Also,thank you for the free minibar! ( also alcohol free)"
