"The staff and service is really good. They are very polite and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. But the lock of the door is broken and as a 5-star hotel/ residence, I‘d expect more amenities in room such as free water(refill which usually have at all 5-star hotel I‘ve been) or toothbrush in room. "The Ascott Sathorn is in a great location, near public transport, and a short walk to some great restaurants and shopping. It has a wonderful pool area and good pub with live music that was amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful too. I didn't like how noisy it was at night. The windows could really do with triple glazing due to traffic noise. I was on the 7th floor, so maybe more of an issue lower down the building. The pillows were really hard and uncomfortable too."

"I stayed in a family room 615B. Room was spacious and clean providing two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Perfect for two people or two couples so everyone has their own space and are not stepping over each other. The hot water from the shower was an added bonus and the beds were comfortable as well. Iron and board was provided upon request. The only downside was they did not provide face towels and the WIFI was not good in the room and only worked in the lobby. "Very clean and great customer service. Excellent location, next to a mall where you can get food at the food court for a very very low price. Unlimited shopping and dining within walking distance. Access to the metro and subway right in front of the hotel."
