「The check-in process could use some improvements. We were told someone would meet us at the property, but with a large family staying at the unit next to us, it was confusing who to meet with. The small unit we stayed at didn't have a clear entrance yet, but he said they were going to work on that. Such a great place with much potential!」

「Chose this appartment as close to Roaming Giant where we had a function. It was clean and adequate for our needs. The beds were comfortable. There was tea and sugar provided but no long life milk. That would be my only negative. The key was just a flimsy plastic card - would have been better to have something more chunky as it got misplaced a few times.Overall a good stay.」

「Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton.The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price」

「Lovely new house with new carpet and floorings. Unfortunately the furniture wasn't new and the sofa was badly stained. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived and there were no dishwasher tablets. I contacted the management team but didn't get any response. The garage was full of various items so that we were unable to use it for the car. There were no instructions with regards to check out procedures. Overall the property was nice and in a good location but the management...
