"First of all, Pan Pac Suzhou (吴宫) is definitely worth the price. The scenery within the hotel premise is really fantastic, tranquil and serene. "A stay for my random trip to SuZhou. Arrived at the hotel with a lines of other guests doing chek-in /out , so the staffs offered me a complimentary mini afternoon tea at their restaurant (this is very warm) ! Once my little rest is almost done, they sent out the key to my table and told me I can let them know whenever I m ready so their reception staffs will lead me to my room. "Negative: though not the hotel’s fault but something to keep in mind. Some of the hotel guests can be a bit rude and self centered. I was next inline for check in but a hotel guest just walk right up to the counter from the side as I was about to take my turn. I also noticed some hotel guests can be very loud.
