"First of all, Pan Pac Suzhou (吴宫) is definitely worth the price. The scenery within the hotel premise is really fantastic, tranquil and serene. Makes you feel like you just stepped into a majestic chinese mansion. Breakfast buffet was so super good ! We had lunch at the Haitianlo restaurant, the food was very nice and affordable! "We generally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The 2-room apartment was great, very roomy and comfortable. Having the kitchen with washing machine was a big plus. The breakfast was not exceptional but good. The staff was helpful and friendly but a bit more reserved than at other hotels. They politely answered all questions we had but they didn't necessarily come up and ask us if we needed any help, etc. The pool area was nice but it looked a bit worn and it was very strange that pool towels were...

"The hotel is located in the heart of the old town and super easy to get to Guanqian Street and Linden Street where many famous restaurants and entertainment venues are locations. The hotel’s facility is a bit old and it is carefully maintained. The hotel room is spacious and super quiet. Would definitely book this hotel next time we visit Suzhou."

"First of all, Pan Pac Suzhou (吴宫) is definitely worth the price. The scenery within the hotel premise is really fantastic, tranquil and serene. The hotel staff were very ftiendly and helpful, doorman was also very helpful! I would definitely return here if I come to Suzhou again. Would recommend to friends and family too."
