"The property is half way between Newtown & Oxford St, perfect for an easy uber to nightlife. It is near 100 resturants, like Turkish Pizza (loved Erysies!) or polish (great food, but i forgot the name). The hotel offers a heap of brekfast stuff at no charge, so that was awesome. The bathroom looked recently renovated, too. I thought it was going to be noisy on Cleaveland st, but it wasn't (the double windows work well). "Hi there, We stayed for Mardi Gra great location. Had a corner room on the 1st floor great view. Could not fault it. One thing I would recommend even though they had a kitchenette it was limited. I felt we needed plunger for Coffee, a toaster and a single stove top and pan to fry bacon or eggs. The reason is you had to eat out for all meals.The Reception staff were amazing very helpful and great advice."

"Pretty basic, good for one night. The shared bathroom only on floors 2 and up so if you’re on level 1 you have to walk up stairs. Also if arriving past 7pm did have to call for someone to come down and check you in which was fine. There was a man standing out the front with no phone charge so he couldn’t get in until I called for him. I’d make sure to have phone service and sim before arrival. Got a free upgrade to a double room which was great. "
