"This is right on the water! We stayed one night with a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 5 year olds. Beds were very comfortable and the balcony was nice. The room was a little dated but had that Rocky Mountain charm. The hosts were very accommodating. We were there in early October and they had Smore kits for families for purchase ($7). "The room was clean and the beds were good. The overall place was nice. Had some trouble with checkout. We wanted a printed copy of the receipt but the desk clerk kept insisting we get an email copy. We didn’t want it emailed we wanted a print out. It took several reiterations of the same statement before he begrudgingly printed the receipt. The exasperation and eyeroll from the man was completely unnecessary."

"When we arrived we received an upgraded room free of charge which was nice however the new room was dirty and housekeeping was gone for the day so they immediately upgraded us again to the condo suite again at no additional charge, they were wonderful."
