「Overall my family had a good experience. The power was shut off to the building without prior notice and my 12 yr old daughter was stuck in the elevator until the power came back on. Breakfast could have been better if it was kept stocked and had quicker refills. Left hungry every morning because we got tired of waiting. 」

「We stayed here because it was a pet-friendly hotel and we highly value that. The staff was very friendly and responsive. It did not seem that the no smoking policy inside was honored. Perhaps people smoked outside and came back in, but our floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke most days. Otherwise, we had a good overall experience. 」

「Enjoyed our stay at the Moxy. The room was comfortable and quiet although the flooring was a tad dirtier than I like. Everything else was great. Nice bar in the small lobby and friendly people. Very close to downtown so a perfect spot if exploring downtown Springfield or going to the Little Theatre. Wish the top floor area had been open but it was closed the Saturday evening we stayed. 」
