"We enjoyed the location of the property as we could easily walk to restaurants & shops. The beach was beautiful and well taken care of. The pool was warm & clean and not overly crowded. It would’ve been nice to have a broom on hand in the room due to all the sand being tracked in. Also the DJ music was loud at times. Overall a great place to stay! "

"Our first time staying at Sanibel Beach Resort was a great stay. They are right on the beach, great pool, friendly staff and close to many shops and restaurants. Very clean and quiet resort. Found a package deal with airfare and a rental car. Room was very clean and everything looked brand new. "

"What a pleasant surprise. Our trip was kinda last minute and while I wanted a kitchenette some of the old motel ones can be kinda sketchy. This one was GREAT! Everything worked in the room, plumbing works fine, no noise issues. Even our fellow guests, were nice, chatting by the pools. Oh and the people working there, also aces! So glad we didn't stay at a stuffy big hotel. Just out the door and you are at the pool, perfection! Private patio was nice too BTW. Already looking forward to our next...

"You cannot beat the location. It was fantastic. We didn't realize that the hotel was actually incorporated right into the pier. My only complaint was it was noisy at night, but that may have just been our suite as it was close to the stairs and the elevator. it seemed that there were many deliveries during the night highly recommend the location other than that "

"Very nice, friendly hotel. Easy to walk everywhere other than crossing the busy street, but still not bad. 5 minute walk to all the shopping and restaurants on 5th- easy to walk the Old Naples neighborhood and a walk to see the sunset at the beach. Rooms are a bit dated in terms of style, but everything was in great condition and very clean. Pool was very nice and lunch at the pool was excellent."

"From checkout to bartender absolutely exceptional service and wonderful experience! Stayed one night and I had to book an extra two more nights because I didn’t want to leave. Cramming into the elevator with other guests holding their cocktail drinks made it feel like an episode of White Lotus. Will definitely comeback soon. "

Great value!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I was honestly a bit skeptical after reading some of the negative reviews before our trip. We could not relate to one of them. We were greeted and helped graciously from all the staff, bartender, host at check in, beach staff, all wonderful. The rooms were clean, average in decor but comfortable. The beds were cozy. Every room has a beach view with balcony. Didn’t see one bug. AC worked and dehumidifier in the room is helpful in the humid Florida environment. The prices for food and drink were more than reasonable and really good! Lani Kai was wiped out just over 2 years ago from hurricane Ian. It was comforting to see this family owned business be able to rebuild and get back on their feet. It is not at 100 capacity yet, as they are still renovating the roof top restaurant/bar and not all the rooms are complete but they are working hard to accommodate. We would definitely return. "
