First I will like to say, this is NOT a resort. It is no longer a resort and I found out after I booked it. There are no Spas, stores, restaurants available in premises. No room service as far as food etc. It is more like a very super expensive Air Bnb. My entire stay, there was only ONE working elevator so during busy times such as mornings and evenings, it takes a while to get places. We had the one bedroom with the pull out couch in living room. When we pulled out the couch, the mattress cover was dirty and the pillows for the pull out couch both had make up on them. Pretty unsanitary. The Valet personal was the only good experience during my stay as every person from Valet were very friendly and efficient. The property on the outside on the way to the beach is beautiful a lot of greenery. But the room inside was outdated and just didn't feel clean. Bring your own body wash as all they give you is two miniature bar soaps. There are a lot of restaurants walking distance, but just know, this is NOT a resort. First and last time I stay here. I love Marco Island and usually stay at the Beach Club or the Hilton but they were booked for this weekend so I thought to try this and thought it was truly a resort based on the price, but what a not so pleasant surprise.
