"As it was my first experience with an Onyado, I did not know quite what to expect. The staff was very helpful in explaining and answering any questions that I had. My only disappointment was that it was very difficult to obtain bandages to cover my tattoo. Luckily I had brought some bandages and was still able to utilize the mineral pools. For all I would highly recommend this in. Very clean, delicious food and beautiful setting. Thank you."

"Was a quick walk from Kyoto station with places to eat nearby was the best and very convenient! Staff was friendly and helpful no matter what questions I had. They did close the hotel from 2am-5am for safety reasons which made me feel safe. Will definitely come back again!"

"The location is very close to the Kyoto station so it makes it easy to travel. The room size was quite small but they did give me free breakfast upgrade as part of Expedia VIP membership so it was nice. Of note, instead of ordering massage service from the hotel, it’s probably more worth it to go to an actual massage place"

"The rooms are definitely not soundproof. More of a western hotel with lots of space to move around inside the room. Staff were polite but didn’t go out of their way to accommodate or greet like our other hotels. Good smell in the lobby "
