"We had a wonderful time. We came for Festival of Lights at Christmas. So beautiful. The hotel is georgeous and we explored the whole beautiful place. This place puts a smile on your face. Felt like kids exploring a castle !! Pool is heated and we used that and jacuzzi. I don’t know how to add photos otherwise I would… "

"The valet and the hotel check-in attendant were efficient and pleasant. We were given water and macaroons upon arrival. A luggage attendant delivered our bags to our room. The room was comfortable and clean. The property was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The property is a bit older as some of the paint around the windows was cracked in addition to the closet and bathroom doors. Overall, I had an excellent stay and the staff as well as the decor made up for any property deficiencies....

"The property was well maintained. Our room was clean, and the staff came every day to fix the room and remove trash. The one thing I disliked about the hotel was that we had an issue with the light at the room's entryway. The maintenance guy just knocked and immediately opened the door without waiting to be let in, which I found to be very unprofessional."
