"Not a 5 star resort. Close. Carpet worn out badly throughout hallways. Bathroom door repainted 20 times? Carpet bunched in room. Housekeeping didn’t check if alarm clock set for 2 am (good prank). Pump on shampoo broken (again housekeeping should have caught it). Not worth $500 for a view of the front driveway. Positives: beautiful property. Secluded location. Fantastic staff. Lots of amenities. But not a 5 star resort. "

We asked for extra pillows after we returned from dinner, and the lady at the front desk gave us a facial reaction like we were crazy, and then she said they had no pillows.
