"Was a great time and hot pools were great at the end of a day of hiking "

"The staff are helpful and friendly, they did their best to enforce safety at the water park. Unfortunately a large group from a sports team, were rowdy and unsupervised by parents kept stopping on the slides and blocking the slides. The staff had to shut down the slides due to this for approx an hour. So the kids who did not break the rules could only enjoy the slides for a short time before check out. I understand this is not the facilities fault but you may want to consider if there are events...

"The room was very noisy. Neighbors upstairs and beside stayed till 2am. No parties, just walking and talking. Not much sound insulation between units. I could hear conversations in adjoining units, and our dog reacted to some of the noises. The supplied fire wood is poor. We had a fridge, but no microwave. Staff supplied a microwave."

"Really good place to stay"

"The place is under renovation but the staff have been very helpful and accommodating. Some inconvenience like using exit doors to go up your room without elevators, but they compensated well. We always come back to this hotel because of the pool. "

"Great location close to downtown and groceries. Ski shuttle nearby amd great luttle coffee shop attached."

"Convenient location close to downtown Banff. Hotel does need updating. Underground heated parking was great. Hot water never really gets hot. "

"Only front doors for entry after certain time, one pop machine and have to go to front desk for ice. Can tell they are doing their best to ensure a safe stay and keep a eye on partiers. Appreciate. "
