"Great hotel/resort. Pet friendly (we stay with our dog) and staff was really helpful too. Breakfast was good too.. Rooms does not have A/C. On the other hand, you have the Church Clock that bangs every hour 24/7 so you can hear in the night as well. I think the owner of the hotel should talk with the Church to avoid the sounds at least at night. Normal price for what you get."

"The email confirmation stated we could arrive up until 20:00pm and the office would be staffed so that we could collect our keys. We arrived just before 20:00pm due to poor traffic but the office was already empty leaving us with two young children stranded with no keys late at night If it wasn't for the very kind staff in the hotel opposite we would never have been able to access our apartment. "Do not book this place - Specialy if a family with kids. Apartment was dirty. Blankets not washed. Mattresses with dirty spots. Old building with no insulation which allows you to hear everything the neighbours are doing. The furnitures is old and some of it broken. TV is missing the power cable. No wifi unless you pay. One night in Andorra

"Really nice hotel right in the middle of town. We had a room with a single bed upstairs for our son. McDonalds is next door if you need some quick food but the hotel has a lovely resraurant and there is also one over the road directly opposite. Parking was a challenge. The hotel carpark is down a steep alleyway and looked very scary to navigate into. The carpark was full so we parked in the shopping centre accross the road. Be warned it is a very steep climb up to each level and the exit has an extreme angle downwards down a very narrow cobbled street with an extreme bend on a camber. My nerves were in tatters when we got to the bottom. Obviously this is not the hotels fault but is worth knowing if you are planning to drive especially with a low or a long car."

"The front desk was great. We checked in last minute and asked for toiletries. They brought them up. The room was so spacious. The bathroom was huge with amenities. Shower, tub, robe snd slippers. Snacks to purchase. Complimentary water. The bed was super comfortable. Lovely pillows. Very relaxing stay. We awoke to snow. Which wonderful to see. We went to breakfast. Which was adequate and enough to eat. Great selection. The general manager was very nice and came around to the tables. Even refilled our coffee if necessary. Parking extra and in the underground. We would come again. Checking in and out is easy. A beautiful place to stay. I highly recommend it. Staff is very nice and cordial "

"Absolutely amazing, very convenient to the shopping center and overall service is excellent and very attentive. Rooms are huge! Lobby is quiet and peaceful. They have shuttles to the Lyfts. Not next to the slopes and perfect for those who enjoy some of the city experience as well. "
