Missing minibar which is useful also to put your own bottles and some medicines. Playroom for kids was great, our daughter had good time there. Rooms are not soundproof

Nice hotel centrally located
The room was okay but it's beginning to show some age. It's allegedly a five star but my opinion is that is more like 4 stars. The front desk persons were amazing and helpful. It is centrally located and within walking distance of anything in the center of town. We had no issues with the wi-fi and the parking garage was pretty convenient. I would stay again.

Rooms very tired and dirty
Hotel from receiotiijnkooks very nice, room was very old and could have done with a good clean, as was very dirty. Reception very slow, huge queue and only 1 person for check out. Don’t get excited by the Tesla destination, only the home slow charger and two of them, but as soon as you have a car in them they are there all night, was a nightmare trying to find someplace to charge. Stayed In a few hotels in Andorra, and this would be the last one I would stay in now.

Très bon séjour en famille
Chambre tres spatieuse, avec beaucoup de rangements pour une famille de 4 personnes. Tres bonne literie et les équipements étaient top (tv immense,mini frigo, bouilloire, cafe, thé et eau). Produits de salle de bain de qualité (l'occitane). Personnel au petit soin et le directeur très accessible. Notre chambre manquait peut etre un peu de rafraîchissement. Le parking en sous sol est un plus. Une délicate attention pour le depart.
