"My family has been staying in these apartments a few times a year over 20yrs, so well pre being Punt Hill. Never had to pay for parking till this owner and the parking areas have remained the same. This is advertised as serviced apartment which it previously definitely was, but despite being there 5 days 4 nights, this was the first time ever that my room wasn't serviced daily, in fact it wasn't even serviced once my entire stay. Not a fan of Punt Hill's changes. Will be finding a new home away...

"Oh the bed, I wanted to bring it home with me as was so comfortable. The room was tidy & had all I needed just to rest my head after a long few days working however the toilet was not clean & the shower gel in the shower was completely empty. Other than that I was happy. Shame I missed breakfast having to leave early for work again. Staff were friendly & helpful, Will stay again when working the long shifts again "
