Særligt service niveauet hos medarbejderne er helt ekstremt højt og tilpasset perfekt…MEN…når man gerne vil være hotel med 5 stjerner og tage en høj pris, så skal incheck ikke tage så frygtelig lang tid, ligesom el-kedel skal virke, toilettet skal ikke løbe fordi knapperne sidder fast og småting som beholderne med shampoo/body-lotion skal være fyldt. Ved godt det er småting, men det er for dyrt til at sådanne ting ikke er i orden. Men...
