「各方面都很好, 只有交通及早餐比較不太好. 每小時一班接駁車, 極不方便, 早餐亦太早完, 9:30 便停止供應, 款式亦太少.」

「I have stayed here for around 3 weeks on 2 different floors. The housekeeping was so bad when i stayed on the 9/f and become better after I moved to another floor. The one basic thing the housekeeper did was tidying up the bed. Even I placed the card on the bed/table, they still ignored. The amenities like body wash/ cotton pads were never refilled in full. There were always things missing that I had to call the concierge to refill. This is worst than a 3-star hotel.」

「Clean and we'll set out property for a short city break with family. Pool great for a quick dip but not suitable for young children and not yet confident swimmers as it is too deep for independent play and splashing. Staff were helpful and friendly.」

「the room is big and clean with all the things u need, but the staff is bad, even i put the do not disturb sign, they still enter my room do the cleaning, and i ask for extra tower, they keep saying i suppose to ask for it during room cleaning time.」

「Great location to explore Singapore. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to Marina Bay, Boat Quay and Clarke Quay along the river. Supermarket and MRT stations were close by and having the kitchen was great. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you to the staff. 」

「The staffs are nice, room size is big , my kid can run around. The room was clean , has everything you needed. There are two toilets and bathrooms, super convenient, recommend for family. 」

「Excellent , faultless 2 night stopover . Brilliant pre arrival comms thru WhatsApp so I could self check in due to likelihood of arriving after 7pm when reception closed ; two key codes for outer door and key box by lift . Spotlessly clean and very well appointed room inc. hob,washer,cooking utensils, large TV . Decent bathroom with big shower cubicle . Excellent in room WiFi . By prior arrangement left my suitcase to wander round, leaving before reception opened then dropped in early afternoon...

「The AC was very noisy, the AC located in the living area so the bedroom is quite stuffy. either stuff or cold. Staff at night not very helpful. 」
