"It was a great stay and value for our family trip. New Year’s Eve was a nightmare in terms of a party going on outside our room in a neighboring room, hallway and outside. But they did comp us that night as a gesture of sorry so I am keeping the 5 stars in my review. "

"Well when we checked in they gave us a room that already had someone staying in. The new room had cracked paint on the walls and ceiling. Pubic hair on towel. The latch lock was broke. The fridge was running loudly. My recommendation is dont stay here."

"Perfect stay. Friendly and I must say a very patient front desk staff member. Natalie was working with a guest whereas English was not their primary language ... she keeps trying to help the guest while being very polite about the guest being behind and in Natalie's work area. Took the time to "get it right" and did it with a smile. Addressed my check-in as if nothing ever happened and I was her first guest of the day. A+ on Natalie's performance! Went to have drinks at the lounge. Jessica LOVES her craft. Very professional, helpful, and just pleasant to talk to overall (especially after a long day of travel and attending a "stressful" basketball game ;)! Agan, A+ performance on Jess's part! Thank you Jess. "
