"The Grand Seminyak lifestyle boutique was 5 stars. The service was amazing, front of house staff Ari and Witya accommodated all our requests and were super friendly as were all the hotel staff. The room was beautiful and spacious almost like a small house inside a hotel, with our own pool just outside our back door. Food was delicious for all meals breakfast lunch and dinner and room service. For those who book early tour adventures where you are required to be picked up before breakfast speak...

"Well, on the positive side, the young children that run the place with no adults in sight are all very nice. Only one speaks English and the other ones are to shy to offer any help or assistance. The one boy that speaks English was very nice but offered no real solutions. Sadly this entire place is run down, badly maintained, and missing a good cleaning or remolding. The room I had didn’t have a working key to lock the door to the apartment. Only the pool gate had a key. The rooms smelled...
