「Die Unterkunft liegt an sich sehr schön. Morgens aufstehen und auf Palmen und Dschungel blicken zu können ist wirklich ein Erlebnis wert ! Das Personal ist auch recht freundlich. Jedoch ist das Frühstück nicht wirklich üppig. Auch wurden von uns zwei unterschiedliche Gerichte zum Frühstück Bestellt (Am Abend vorher muss man eine Karte mit der Bestellung ausfüllen), jedoch brachte man uns 2 Mal das gleiche mit einer etwas fragwürdigen Begründung. As it is located in rural area, various kind of insects are unavoidable, but the hotel still does very good by using different controls. Food is good. Will come again if we go to Jatiluwih.」

「I paied two nights, but staied one night and left. This is not a hotel, it is a farm with a couple of local houses. The staff didn't know what they were doing, slow and most of the time no response. The food is bad, too many flies. Away from town. No way to go shopping. The worst experience I have ever had in my thirty days trip in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Bali. I suggest hotels.com terminate the contract with this hotel.」
