5/5 Excellent
Great stay for couples
"We got the Vana villa with pool, after a mix up which gave us the garden view albeit with a small upgrade charge. Reasonable and worthwhile.
The place was serene and peaceful. The villa was clean and neat. Bath tub was a bit problematic, only used once and was clogged. The pool within the villa was used the most. The whole resort was clean, if you stroll by the villas, you can note a very tightly run ship with regards to cleaning and maintenance.
Food was outstanding. We did not leave the villa for all 4 days and can say I have tried every single item on the menu. Thai Fried Rice is the ultimate go to for us. Shout out to Pesto Penne as well.
Bicycles were available for rental and we basically took that and cycled around the plantations.
Cons: Nature walk was a not a walk. We should have checked with the guide how far the distance would be. Basically wasted 1 hour in that activity.

5/5 Excellent
"The hotel has a great location, just in front of a very nice beach. The room is quite clean but a bit dated. We could see some scratches on the wall and dirty areas under the sink. The room doesn’t have good sound proof as we can hear people walking, talking on the corridor and can hear sound from the next door room while staffs are cleaning the room. However, it was quiet at night so we can sleep well.
Staffs are efficiency at the lobby and offer discount for breakfast which is nice. Breakfast was ok, many options with beach view. You can enjoy the stunning sunrise on the beach and walk along the beach in the early morning which was the best thing I enjoy at the resort. Overall, it was still a wonderful get away trip with Hyatt "
