"The staaff is amazing. That is the best thing of the hotel. The hotel is close to the beach, mall and some markets and restaurants. I didn’t have a tour and they helped me with everything last minutes. And everything was perfect. The onley bad thing is the withe blonde woman that sometimes is at the reception she is is rude and disrespectful. Everything else 10 a of 10 . "

"Hotel is in very good location, and is very modern and clean with a full breakfast. It is a popular hotel for people travelling to Turkey for procedures, so lots of nose bandages and such at breakfast. Was some night construction on road at back of hotel so check with hotel on location of room. Great value for location and quality. "

"The hotel had a great view, located right in front of the port and the sea, just 10 meters away. The breakfast room was fantastic, allowing you to enjoy your meal while looking directly out at the sea. The breakfast was good but not exceptional, and it was continental. The room was spacious, and the linens were clean, but the overall cleanliness and freshness of the room were not up to standard. "They try to put me to pay again the amount of money that i paid on application, i waited to do check in 2 hours because they not speak english and was difficult to manage situation and i received 2 rooms with the cover of bed dirty"

"Very nice place to stay, great staff, it was a great hotel, its in an alley so i wouldn’t be comfortable walking after dark as a tourist and if you are walking then the road or pathway is uneven and is difficult to roll suitcases but as a hotel i enjoyed my stay"

The best bed I’ve ever slept in

"My check in experience was disappointing but the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We arrived by rental car and my husband had to go return it while I checked in. I had two rolling suitcases with small bags on top, plus an armload of smaller stuff and jackets that we’d had loose in the car. I also wasn’t feeling well, but they wouldn’t necessarily have known that. I was struggling a bit with the suitcases on the cobblestones and the employee at the door made no attempt to help me. Check in is on the ground level but the elevators to the guest floors are up about 7 stairs. There were approximately 5 men who looked like employees or security officers standing around and no one made any attempt to help me up the stairs as I (a 30s woman) made multiple trips with my luggage. By the time I got to my room I was extremely annoyed. But I got into the bed and both the mattress (2 singles with a king topper) and the pillows were luxurious and honestly perfect. The front desk was later very helpful and the hotel is in a very convenient location. "
