「Overall very nice indeed and would definitely stay again. Food was delicious but service at breakfast and dinner a little disappointing and not very well organised. TV in our room should be bigger; no low level lighting in the bathroom meaning bright light shone onto the bed if the bathroom was used in the night. Also toilet seat not soft closing, looked cheap and could do with being replaced. Small complaints but relevant for a five star hotel.」

「We were at Snetterton race track for three days. The hotel is just 15 mins from the track, I have stayed here at the Townhouse hotel previously and will always come back. OK - The hotel is a little tired but there’s a comfy bed and a pub across the road. That’s what matters. Parking is in a public car park adjacent to the hotel. It’s a quiet village. 「Heating didnt work but there was an electric heater. Some mould around the windows and hot water took ages to warm up. Otherwise comfortable and quiet location. Budget stay in average conditions」
