「Lovely place, a rural retreat, but close to Norwich and the A47. Excellent staff and service. Very good food and we didn't have time to be more adventurous, but I'll be back! Competitive price too!」

「As expected for an overnight stay. Paid Expedia rate for standard room so wasn’t expecting great, not was it. Very small dark room with small window overlooking back and extractor fans which were noisy. Bed - a double- not that comfy nor were pillows. Breakfast was ok. Parking £8. Hotel next to Spoons pub so a bit of late night noise. Wouldn’t make me rush to return to ve fair but it was ok. 」

「A great one night stay! We didn't venture outside of the hotel much but it was really nice having our own external front door. The room was amazing with a lovely bathroom. One thing to note... No radiator in the bathroom, just a heated towel rail. So the bathroom was cold. But plenty of radiators in the rest of the room. We were also lacking a kettle in the room and found the coffee machine a bit of a faff to use. Oh... And the smallest TV in the world. Made watching 1% Club almost impossible 😂...

「Very enjoyable stay. Nicely decorated room with comfy bed and small balcony. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful and seemed happy in their jobs. Pool was a much enjoyed bonus and am sure the spa is great but sadly it was fully booked for a massage at convenient times. Food of a good standard but in my opinion a little overpriced. 」

「Very efficient check in where I was met with a smile. Exceptionally friendly and efficient staff. Room was clean and comfortable with plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate and the price was very resonable. Food was good as was the service. 」

「What a wonderful place. The room was large and spacious with a wonderful view of the river. Meals were flavourful and plenty. I genuinely say that the breakfast was the BEST I have had in all my years of business travel. 」

「Stayed two nights at this hotel. Its full of character and lovely decor. Its in a great location being a 5 min walk into Norwich town center and theatre. The staff were very helpful. We eat in their restaurant Friday night and the food was very good.」
