「酒店临街，大堂很小，但服务生都很棒，多数能听懂英语，房间布局合理，床单和被子略差，房间视野很好，临近有大街小巷可以散步，附近有美术博物馆。酒店早餐超级棒，服务生尤其好。」

「Razoável. Já fiquei em outros hotéis da rede mas confesso que a infra era melhor. Nesse alguns móveis eram bem velhos e o quarto que fiquei tinha vários pontos com morfo. Os preços de produtos na recepção são bem altos e abusivos. Exemplo, agua de 1,5l estava R$ 16,00.」

「Property is near Lapa, so lots of places are walkable. Easy access for Uber pickup/dropoff. Front desk has access to activities to sign up for if you’re visiting and need something to do. Elevators are slow, can take a while and mine the weight limit. 」

「The service at this hotel was excellent from the front desk to the cleaning service. Even when they're a little issues the front desk is on it and solving it. You have a lot of hotels that are good when there are no problems but how are they if there's an issue and in this hotel is no problem cuz they handle them. Their maintenance staff is on point」
