"Checkin at 15:00. Room was not ready. I speak fluent Portuguese. The doormen told me they were cleaning the apartment would take 30 mins to complete. At 15:40asked the doormen to call the apartment, they did an no one answered. I then asked one doorman to go to the apartment. He did. When he returned he claimed the apartment was clean. "A estadia foi otima! Ainda fomos surpreendidas porque achamos que o apartamento tinha apenas um quarto mas são dois, otimo para viajar em grupos de 4 ou casais! "Everyone is very friendly. I’d say make sure you know basic Portuguese, as communication is difficult outside from reception. It was very close to the beach, they provided beach towels so it was really nice to have that. "

"Place was up to date, well maintained. It was far from the beaches where I usually stay. But I didn’t plan on any beaches my 3 days I spent here. Only complaint is my room had an awesome view of the lake but, there was a loose manhole cover in the road that I heard cars hitting all night. I couldn’t figure out where the noise was coming from until my last night. Not hotels fault but lost a lot of sleep from it. Overall hotel was great."

"I loved my stay here. Because it’s high season, we didn’t get to extend our stay but Mayra and the staff were so helpful. They let us use the hospitality room to wash up after the beach. And they let us keep our luggage for a few hours because our flight was in the evening. The breakfast was super good and the staff were very nice and kind. Jonatan was also very nice, always saying hi and asking us if we needed anything. Everyone in the reception area was helpful. I needed to print something and they helped me with the matter. The room was kept clean and house keeping was great! Overall I think it’s an excellent hotel. I wished the pool was bigger but there’s a beach right across the street so that’s not a problem. I will definitely stay here again and I’m so happy I picked this property. It’s also centered where there’s restaurants and establishments all around. I will suggest to book the breakfast because it was so good and worth it (in my opinion). Honorable mention to Mayra who checked us in and was very helpful and pleasant. Also to Jonatan. Marcos helped us with our luggage and he was nice as well. Stay here for a pleasant experience! "
