"Very happy with our stay. We had an issue with the deadbolt on our door and they sent maintenance up immediately - he completely switched out the hardware to get it to work again. Went above and beyond. All the staff were super nice! Beds were comfy. Literally five minutes from SJC airport, and half of that is getting out of the rental car parking garage! "

"Continental breakfast" very basic - I mean, there is little "continental" about it because european breakfasts are way better. It seemed designed to push you to order the full breakfast. And those tiny, weeny butter containers rather hard to open if you have arthritis.Really??. "
