「第一天使用戶外澡缸，本來預計給小朋友在裡面泡澡，殊不知他們熱水是電熱水器，無法一次提供大量熱水，後來重新加熱需等一段時間，他們有為此跟我道歉。第二天晚上剛好我們房間外的水管爆開，水經由廁所流入房間，地板都受潮，後來是我自己發現反映給飯店，他們先用膠帶捆綁後，第三天早上才把水的源頭開關關閉，積極搶修，但也造成第三天整個早上全部房間無水可用。我陳述的是真實的狀況，可能我們比較倒霉吧，都遇到了，離開時他們也沒多做解釋，當作沒事情樣。或許巴厘島的生活較緩慢，他們覺得這樣的情況還可接受，但總覺得管理階層應該積極介入處理。但周遭環境有漂亮的小徑跟很不觀光化的梯田，也有很多歐美人士待的homestay，人不多，外在環境還滿棒的，但相對而言，也比較不方便，較難到達，但附近有一cafe餐點還不錯。」

「Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Villa was very clean and the staff we super friendly and accommodating. We stayed 2 nights and drove into Ubud the first night (about 20 minutes by car) and then on Saturday drove to Kintamani. Perfect location for seeing the area. The flower bath and bed arrangements were perfect Will definitely stay there again!」

「Our 2nd visit to this amazing boutique room with an unobstructed view of jungle from our spacious terrace. The staff, the food, the room - beyond a taste of paradise and loved authentic balinese culture and local warungs, rice fields. We are returning again and have booked already to not miss out - highly recommend!!!!! not ubud town centre - but free shuttle from hotel for those wanting to experience busy town - 」

「This was horrible and we could not stay. We had to leave. So many bugs, no place to just hang out. The Aircon wasn't working. Pool was dirty and rusty. Bugs everywhere!! Bathrooms are outside. Have to sleep under nets so many bugs. Would highly recommend not booking here. They were really rude as well to us. 」

「Guest house sympathique, propre , avec une cuisine pour faire à manger vous même si vous ne souhaiteriez pas sortir. Nous avons passé qu une nuit pour assister à la cérémonie de Keliki. Le service scooter a été demandé pour nous ramener à tagellalang, le propriétaire nous a gentiment proposer le service avec ses filles comme conductrices , ça fait gagner du temps que commander grab and co , donc à Bali faut pas hésiter à demander , moyennant finance mais payer pas cher du tout!」

「Jero Sebali Villa ist eine kleine sehr persönliche Anlage, bestehend aus 3 Bungalows und einem schönen Pool. Die balinesischen Eigentümer kümmern sich fantastisch um die Gäste. 「整體住宿是沒有太大的問題，但小蟲子太多某些角落有蜘蛛絲，管家蕾妮很熱情只是飯店代租價錢比較貴我們請她代煮消夜小小超過我們的預算因為旁邊有新的建築在施工所以會比較吵，維一比較掃興是我們從金巴蘭要過去庫普再接近它們飯店的小路在施工時間以經很晚滿車子行李車子又不能通過飯店竟然表示不能退，要退要扣一晚房費，著實傻眼難道要我們飛過去，他只給我們兩條路一條是繞遠路但須要多花1個多小時拜託已經晚上10點了欸是不用休息嗎～要不就是用走的過去他派車來接我們行李請人家扛頓時覺得好克難，只覺得飯店處理沒有人性化也沒想到時間那麼晚只堅持要做生意，這是我覺得非常不優秀的地方」

「Ein wunderbarer Ort zum entspannen, mitten in den Reisfeldern. Sehr naturnah, mit allem was dazugehört, Glühwürmchen, Zikaden, Frösche. Das erste was du morgens siehst ist der Reisbauer. Alles wie beschrieben, sehr nettes Team. Wir würden wieder kommen. 」
