「Amazing brand new hotel. The staff is very helpful and nice. Great amenities pool and spa. Amazing location directly by great beaches and the best party spot in Mamaia. 「This is not a 5 star hotel. Expidea advertised AC in the rooms. They tuned it off because the season is over. When the sun beats on the window its 85 degrees. Now way to cool the room. Advertise they no AC in the off season. Would not have stayed. The beach bar is closed. So is the restaurant. We ate at Romeo and Juliet the first night. No one was there. Empty and the server looked irritated we walked in. After ordering and being served a salad, he left. Went home. Told the bar tender his wife...

「Mava apartments was a womderful stay. Very spacious. Many amenities and a good value. Beds are a little hard. Beware of an upsell due to"regulations", be quiet and keep to your reservation. Romanian comfort expectations are more conservative(in terms of # of people) than American expectations. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would stay again! 」

「My wife and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. It’s been a great experience, benefiting from an all inclusive package. The room was very clean and spacious with nice amenities. We enjoyed good food, beverages, private beach, beautiful pool, inner yard with private parking, entertainment at night. With other words everything checked out, and will consider booking this hotel complex again next time we visit Romania in the summer.」

「On the Saturday night we had a bad disco blaring out until after 2AM. They tried to make up up with poor quality of music with volume. The hotel itself is a bit dated but otherwise acceptable and we had a river view. Breakfast very good. Parking could be a bit of an issue, limited, fortunately we found a good space and did not need the car until we left.」

「Hotel is nice. Parking is bad. The guard at to let you into the hotel parking lot is never there.Had to wait for him to let you in or out. Hotel is located into a complicated scheme of small narrow streets and is hard to get to it by car or park your car in the front door to check in.Front desk polite but not very friendly. No valet service. Breakfast very good. Restarant waiters polite but not friendly. Dinner was good. Very expensive hotel. I feel that you don't get what you paid for...

「This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again.」
