「Very nice hotel but the staff need more training regarding customer service. That have not cleaned or changed the towels after first day! It’s a 5*hotel and should be done daily! The front desk ladies didn’t informed us about the WiFi password, breakfast and lunch time or to call when the room was ready for check in. Breakfast was okay, but can be better and should have fresh food not displayed (leftovers) second day as well!」

「First of all, jacuzzi and sauna only for one hour for the whole stay, which sucks, restaurant very expensive, not great food, nowhere to go, nothing to do! Also, 1 hour ride with boat, expensive too and pay for parking; not for kids! 」

「The hotel overall isn't a 5* facility. From the entry, until the beach you will see that is most likely a 2 or max 3* hotel.」
