"Excellent location, tidy and clean. Parking takes a bit of working out and more advice beforehand would have helped. Comfy bed and great facilities in the studio. The heater was a bit awkward having only 2 settings, off and volcano. There was no way to adjust because the controls were locked. All in all an excellent choice once you've worked out the virtual front desk. If you are booking with Expedia check all the emails for your entrance code. "Great property"

"The Redbrook lodge was beautiful. Ample parking at the property and easy to get to. Everything supplied that you would need for an overnight stay. The bathroom door was a bit tempramental as it is on a runner but i assume it just needed fitting back onto the runner so not really a criticism. The outdoor lights were not working but the warden was quick to come and attempt to fix them, but was unsuccessful. I would still stay again."

"Stay was good overall. Comfy beds and nice quiet room. Good central location for shops and handy for train station. Probably a little disappointed with breakfast. "we had a very nice large twin room for our 1 night stay and it was really comfy. the only negative was there was only a net curtain up at the bathroom window and as it was at the front of the hotel there was something of a privacy issue.but that aside we would stay there again."

"Everything excellent, breakfast really good big menu from continental, to full cooked breakfast, to all type's of fresh fruit, tea coffee and a machine for latte etc, staff very helpful and polite, evening meals really good. This hotel goes all out to cater for the residents. Definitely a revisit."
