Paid extra for a room with a view of City Square, only to be rung from reception to close the curtains at 4.40pm I had a look out later and was temporarily blinded by a laser light show from the Christmas Market seemingly being projected on the front of the hotel. Freezing room - portable electric heater provided later. No food available- wife had to go out early and eat at Starbucks. I feel we should be compensated for this experience as might as well have paid less for a room without a view.

Stunning hotel right next to Leeds Train Station and only a short walk from the First Direct Arena. Excellent facilities and only a 5 min walk to the Trinity Shopping Centre.
